NAVIA Partner Program

Last updated: 21 September 2026. Версия: 1.0.

These terms govern participation in the Partner Programme of “NAVIA” EOOD, hereinafter referred to as “NAVIA”, as well as the tracking of sales and the calculation and payment of partner commissions. By joining the programme, activating a partner account or using a personalised promo code provided by NAVIA, the partner confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms. The Partner Programme is intended for individuals and organisations participating in connection with their professional, commercial or advertising activities.

1. How the Partner Program Works

Following approval, NAVIA provides the partner with a personal partner account and a unique promo code. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer discount is 10%, and the partner commission is 20% for a valid new sale and 10% for an annual renewal of a previously purchased service. Customers may use the promo code when purchasing products or services designated by NAVIA. The partner receives a commission only for sales that meet all the requirements for a valid partner sale described below.

2. Personal Promo Code

Each partner receives an individual promo code, for example PARTNER10. The promo code is linked to the specific partner account and may not be transferred to another partner without NAVIA’s prior approval. NAVIA determines which products and services the code may be used for. Unless NAVIA has given explicit written permission, the partner code may not be published on promo code websites, cashback platforms, coupon directories, automated coupon extensions or other similar services.

3. How a Sale Is Tracked

A partner sale is an order to which the partner’s personalised promo code has been applied, or a sale automatically attributed to the partner through partner tracking retained in the system from a previous valid purchase. Data from WooCommerce and the partner system used by NAVIA serves as the primary source for tracking the promo code used, order value, payment status, commission calculated, refunds and cancelled orders. The partner receives access to their own NAVIA Partner Portal, where they can track their sales and commissions. Portal data shown before the validation period has ended is provisional and does not represent a commission definitively due for payment.

4. Sales With and Without a Partner Code

When a customer was initially referred through the partner’s personalised code, a subsequent purchase may be automatically attributed to the same partner through NAVIA’s partner system without the customer entering the code again. If the system contains neither an applied code nor valid retained partner tracking, NAVIA is not obliged to manually attribute the sale retrospectively based solely on a claim by a customer or partner. In the event of a verified technical issue, NAVIA may make a correction at its discretion.

5. Commission Rates

The standard partner commission is 20% of the eligible value of each valid new sale attributed to the partner. For an annual renewal of a previously purchased service, the commission is 10%. NAVIA determines whether an order constitutes a new sale or a renewal based on data from WooCommerce and the partner system used. Example: regular price €299, partner discount of 10% — €29.90, amount paid by the customer — €269.10, commission of 20% — €53.82. No commission is calculated on amounts subsequently refunded, reversed or disputed. Additional costs, fees or other order components may be excluded from the commission depending on the configuration of the specific product.

6. 14-Day Validation Period

Each partner sale is subject to a 14-day validation period starting on the date of successful payment. During this period, the commission is displayed as accrued or awaiting confirmation but is not yet definitively due for payment. The commission becomes valid only if, after 14 calendar days, the payment is successful, the order has not been cancelled, there has been no full or partial refund, there is no chargeback or payment dispute, no fraud or abuse has been identified and there has been no breach of these terms. This 14-day period is a contractual rule of the Partner Programme and applies regardless of any specific right of withdrawal applicable to the end customer.

7. Cancelled and Refunded Orders

No commission is calculated for cancelled orders, unpaid orders, declined payments, refunded payments, fraudulent orders, chargebacks, test orders, duplicate orders or orders created to artificially generate a commission. In the event of a partial refund, NAVIA may recalculate the commission based on the actual remaining paid value.

8. Refunds After a Commission Has Been Paid

If, after a partner commission has been paid, a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, identified fraud or another circumstance arises that would render the sale invalid, NAVIA may deduct the corresponding commission from a subsequent payment to the partner or, if no future payments are due, request repayment of the amount paid without entitlement.

9. Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid once a month, by the 5th day of the following calendar month. Payments include only commissions whose 14-day validation period has ended by the last calendar day of the preceding month. Example: an order placed on 15 September → validation ends on 29 September → included in the payment due by 5 October. An order placed on 25 September → validation ends in October → included in the payment due by 5 November. If the 5th falls on a non-working day, payment may be made on the next working day. There is no minimum payment threshold unless otherwise agreed with a specific partner.

10. Payment Method

Commissions are paid using a payment method agreed in advance. The partner must provide NAVIA with accurate and up-to-date names / company details, payment details, a bank account where applicable, and the necessary accounting documents and information. The partner is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided. Missing or incorrect payment or accounting details may result in payment being postponed until they are provided.

11. Tax and Accounting Obligations

Each partner is responsible for their own tax, social security, accounting and other statutory obligations arising from the remuneration received. Where applicable law requires an invoice or another document, the partner must provide it. Participation in the programme does not create an employment relationship between the partner and NAVIA.

12. Independent Status of the Partner

The partner acts independently. The partner is not an employee of NAVIA, is not a commercial representative authorised to bind NAVIA, may not enter into contracts on behalf of NAVIA, may not undertake financial or other obligations on behalf of NAVIA and may not promise individual terms to prospective customers without written consent.

13. Self-Referral

Using a partner’s own code to generate a commission from their own purchases is prohibited. The use of another personal account, an account belonging to a company controlled by the partner, a fictitious customer, a related party or an artificially created order is also prohibited where the primary purpose is to generate a partner commission rather than a genuine independent customer sale. NAVIA may cancel any such commission.

14. Prohibited Promotional Methods

The partner may not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading advertisements, false information, fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake profiles, cookie stuffing, automatic application of codes without customer action, hidden redirects, browser extensions without permission, unfair attribution techniques, unlawfully collected mailing lists or impersonation of an official NAVIA employee or representative. Advertising practices that may harm NAVIA’s name or reputation are not permitted.

15. Paid Advertising

Without NAVIA’s prior written permission, the partner may not run Google Ads targeting NAVIA brand keywords, bid on “NAVIA”, “NAVIA AI Assistant” or similar trade identifiers, create Meta, TikTok or other paid campaigns presented as official NAVIA campaigns, or use NAVIA in a display URL or advertising name in a way that gives the impression of an official account.

16. Domains, Accounts and Brand Identity

Without written permission, the partner may not register a domain containing NAVIA, a social media username containing NAVIA in a misleading manner, a page or account presented as an official NAVIA channel, a Google Business profile or a marketplace account on behalf of NAVIA.

17. Use of NAVIA’s Logo and Materials

NAVIA may provide the partner with a logo, images, product visuals, text, videos, screenshots and advertising materials. These materials remain the property of NAVIA or their respective rights holders. The partner receives a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use them solely for the purposes of the Partner Programme. Substantial changes to the logo, brand identity or materials are not permitted without permission.

18. Content Created by the Partner

The partner may create their own content about NAVIA. The content must be accurate, must not mislead, must present functionality that actually exists, must not contain unauthorised guarantees, must not promise results that NAVIA does not guarantee and must not contain incorrect prices or terms. NAVIA may request the correction or removal of content that breaches these requirements.

19. Disclosure of Advertising Content

The partner must clearly disclose the commercial nature of their content in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the relevant platform. Affiliate marketing in exchange for a commission is a form of commercial communication and must be clearly identifiable as such. The European Commission recommends that the disclosure be visible within the content itself rather than hidden only in a bio or at the end of a lengthy text. The partner is responsible for appropriately disclosing the advertising nature of their posts, Stories, Reels, videos and other advertising materials.

20. Prices and Offers

The partner may not independently change NAVIA’s prices, promise additional discounts, create false urgency, announce non-existent promotions, offer bonuses on behalf of NAVIA or guarantee future prices. The applicable prices and product terms are those published by NAVIA at the relevant time.

21. Responsibility for Content

The partner is responsible for content they publish on their own initiative, including text, claims, images, music, video, third-party trademarks used, copyright, personal data and advertising disclosures. The partner must not use protected third-party content without the necessary rights or permissions.

22. Customer Data

Participation in the programme does not, in itself, entitle the partner to access customers’ personal data. The Partner Portal may display information necessary to account for a sale, such as the order number, date, value, status and commission calculated. NAVIA does not provide the partner with names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses or other unnecessary customer information.

23. Confidential Information

If NAVIA provides non-public information in connection with the partnership concerning future products, prices, customers, technologies, systems, business processes, campaigns or financial data, the partner may not publish it or disclose it to third parties without prior written permission.

24. Review of Sales

NAVIA may carry out checks in cases of unusual activity, including an unusually high number of orders, multiple orders from the same source, unusual refund patterns, suspected self-referral, coupon abuse, technical manipulation or suspicious payment transactions. Where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, NAVIA may temporarily withhold the relevant commission until the review is completed.

25. Discrepancies in Statistics

If a technical error is suspected, the partner may request a review. NAVIA checks data from WooCommerce, the payment system, the partner system and refund/chargeback information. Where a technical error is verified, the data is corrected. The partner should report any discrepancy within a reasonable period after the relevant monthly report or payment has been issued.

26. Temporary Suspension of a Partner Account

NAVIA may temporarily suspend a partner code or account in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, technical abuse, misleading advertising, legal or reputational risk, or unusual activity requiring a review. New commissions may be temporarily withheld during the review.

27. Termination of the Partnership

The partner may end their participation at any time by written notice. NAVIA may terminate the partnership in the event of a breach of these terms. In cases of a serious breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or intentional harm to NAVIA, termination may take effect immediately.

28. Commissions After Termination

Termination does not, in itself, cancel commissions that have already been validated and lawfully earned. Sales still within the 14-day validation period at the time of termination are processed under the standard procedure. No commission is paid for sales resulting from a breach, fraud or abuse. Once the partner code has been deactivated, new sales do not generate a commission.

29. Changes to Commission Rates

NAVIA may change the partner commission rate, the customer discount rate, the products included in the programme and the programme rules. Changes apply prospectively. A change to the commission rate does not retrospectively affect commissions that have already been definitively validated. In the event of a material change, NAVIA notifies active partners through an appropriate electronic channel.

30. Changes to the Partner Programme

NAVIA may update these terms where necessary due to changes to services, new functionality, changes to the partner model, legal requirements, security or the prevention of abuse. The current version is published on this page with a date and version number.

31. Discontinuation of the Programme

NAVIA may terminate or temporarily suspend the Partner Programme. In the event of permanent termination, valid commissions due up to the termination date are processed in accordance with these terms.

32. Limitation of Liability

NAVIA does not guarantee a minimum number of sales, a minimum income, a specific conversion rate, continuous availability of a particular product, a fixed customer discount rate or a fixed duration of the programme. NAVIA is not liable for the partner’s lost future or expected income resulting from changes to or termination of the programme, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise.

33. Liability of the Partner

The partner is liable for losses and claims arising from their breach of these terms, applicable law or third-party rights. This includes breaches relating to misleading advertising, intellectual property, personal data, spam, unlawful marketing practices or unauthorised representation on behalf of NAVIA.

34. Force Majeure and Technical Interruptions

NAVIA is not liable for temporary interruption or delay of the Partner Portal or tracking system due to technical failure, hosting issues, a payment provider, WooCommerce or plugin issues, an external provider, a cyberattack, force majeure or other circumstances beyond NAVIA’s reasonable control. Where a technical error is identified, NAVIA makes reasonable efforts to restore and correct the tracking and reporting records.

35. Transfer of a Partner Account

The partner account and accrued commissions may not be transferred to another person without NAVIA’s prior written consent.

36. Applicable Law

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. The parties will first seek to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

37. Severability

If an individual provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not automatically invalidate the remaining provisions.

38. Acceptance of the Terms

Before the partner account is activated, the partner must confirm: “I have read and accept the NAVIA Partner Programme Terms and agree that my participation in the programme will be governed by them.” Electronic acceptance is recorded by NAVIA’s system.
