3D Real Estate Web Platform

We developed an interactive web platform for Garitage Park, that allows users to explore the complex remotely and navigate freely between individual buildings, floors and spaces.

Challenge

The main technical challenge was loading and displaying high-resolution panoramic images across different devices without long waiting times or interruptions when moving between individual scenes.

The navigation also needed to connect buildings, floors and specific spaces in a clear and intuitive way despite the large volume of visual content. Additional complexity came from positioning interactive hotspots within the 360° environment, linking them to architectural floor plans and ensuring that the interface remained easy to use on both large screens and mobile devices.

Solution

We built a real-time visualisation system using Three.js and WebGL. Panoramic scenes are loaded progressively, reducing the initial loading time and enabling smoother transitions between locations.

The interactive map connects the panoramic views with the architectural layouts of the buildings. Through interactive hotspots, users can move between spaces, floors and locations without losing track of where they are within the complex.

The interface was optimised for both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring that the main controls and information remain easily accessible across different screen sizes.

Result

The final result is a 360° platform for remotely exploring Garitage Park, presenting its buildings and spaces within their actual spatial context. Users can move between different areas of the complex, understand the relationship between floors and locations, and explore the environment directly in their browser.

The platform provides significantly more context than a standard image gallery and makes complex physical spaces easier to understand remotely. Its technical architecture also allows new buildings, floors, panoramic scenes and interactive features to be added over time.
