Learning Platform for Business Clients

The ITeOn learning platform was developed as a secure LMS environment for business clients. It brings together IT courses, employee onboarding materials, digital documentation and practical resources for using the company’s services.

The main objective was to centralise training content and client documentation in one place, allowing employees to learn at their own pace and return to specific lessons or resources whenever needed.

Challenge

The main challenge was integrating the learning platform with ITeOn’s broader ecosystem of services and products. Users needed convenient access to courses, digital documents, support systems and related business resources.

A secure registration and login process was required, including authentication through Microsoft 365. Different user types also needed access only to the content assigned to their company, role or training path.

Another important requirement was multilingual support and the ability to update learning materials regularly without changing the overall course structure.

Solution

We built an LMS structure with clearly organised courses, modules, lessons and additional resources. Each user receives access based on their profile and assigned role.

The Microsoft 365 integration allows employees to sign in using their existing work accounts, removing the need to create and manage additional login credentials.

The navigation connects training content with client documentation and ITeOn’s other systems. The administration panel allows the team to add and update courses, lessons and resources according to current client requirements.

Result

The result is a centralised learning platform that gives ITeOn’s business clients ongoing access to training and practical documentation.

New employees can follow structured onboarding materials, while existing team members can independently find instructions and answers whenever they need them.

This shortens onboarding time, reduces repetitive support requests and ensures that employees across the organisation have access to consistent, up-to-date information.
